Not the right fit? No problem! We will happily accept return and exchange apparel in its original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Remember When Apparel reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. You have 14 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for a full refund on the product. All shipping costs are non refundable. The customer will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER:
- Please contact us immediately if you put the wrong shipping address! If the package has already shipped, we are not held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information being provided.
